Guest 		wow- there are so many sites to check out for craft ideas. I homeschool my 3 yr old & a 3 yr old I babysit & there are a ton of great sites for crafts!
You may want to check some of the homeschooling sites like:

DLTK-teach.com
There are so many things you can teach/do with your cousin other than just coloring pages, even just basic stuff in an hour 1/2.. Alphabet, number recognition.
I only do 1-2 hrs a day & we cover letters, numbers color or shape, & some type of theme & craft.
