Anouther thing you could also use insted of cream chesse is white cake frosting and mix in yellow food coloring and then spread it on the muffin. The kids really enjoy the frosting.

Thank you so much for the sun ideas – perfect for those rainy days that we are having in SA at the moment! The children loved the English muffin sun (made it with apricot jam as we were learning the letter “a”)
