Pumpkin Picture Frame
A cute and simple picture frame made from foam to put a fall or Halloween picture
in. What a great way to preserve your Halloween memories and to make kids
feel special in their costumes!
You'll Need:
- Orange and Green Fun Foam
- 2 Large Wiggle Eyes
- 1 Small Green Pom Pom
- 2 Green Pipe Cleaners
- Glue
- Scissors
- Pencil and Permanent Black
Marker
What To Do:
1. Print out the template below and cut out all the pieces. Trace the large
pumpkin shape onto orange foam and trace the leaves and step onto green fun
foam. Cut out all the pieces of foam.
2. Glue the leaves onto the front of the pumpkin according the the
picture above. Glue the stem onto the back of the frame as shown.
Also glue on the eyes and nose.
3. Wrap each end of both pipe cleaners around a pencil to make it curl. Glue the center of each pipe cleaner to the back of the frame. This will
make four vines.
4. Add veins to the leaves with the black permanent marker. You can also add
additional details to the pumpkin if desired.
5. Once all the glue dries, tape a picture into the back of the frame.
That's it! You can glue a string onto the back to make a hanging frame or
glue a magnet strip on the back to make a frame that you can hang on the refridgerator.
NOTE: I really like to use glue dots for foam projects
instead of glue. It sticks better and there is no drying time.
